Bring your gently used items during our donation hours! Our team will be happy to help you unload and answer any questions about what we accept.

Donation Hours: Wednesday – Sunday · 10am – 6:30pm

Closed for donations on Monday & Tuesday. The store itself is still open every day 10am – 6:30pm for shopping.

Donation Guidelines:

Please make sure items are clean, working, and ready to sell. If you wouldn't give it to a friend, we probably can't accept it—but thank you for thinking of us!

Questions We Get A Lot

What items do you accept?

We happily accept a wide variety of gently-used items! Here's what we're looking for:

  • Clothing & Accessories – All sizes, genders, and ages
  • Household Items – Kitchenware, decor, linens, and more
  • Books & Media – Books, DVDs, CDs, and games
  • Toys & Games – Children's toys, board games, and puzzles
  • Working Electronics – Small electronics in good working condition
  • Miscellaneous – Sporting goods, craft supplies, and other treasures!

What condition should donations be in?

To ensure we can sell your donated items and maximize our impact for local charities, we ask that all donations meet the following criteria:

  • Clean and freshly laundered (for clothing and linens)
  • In working condition – everything works as it should
  • Gently used with minimal wear – free from stains, tears, or damage
  • Odor-free – no smoke, pet, or mildew smells
  • Current and in-style – within the last 5-10 years
  • Meet current safety standards – especially important for children's items
  • Ready to sell "as-is" – no significant cleaning or repairs needed

What items can you NOT accept?

While we appreciate all donations, there are some items we're unable to accept:

  • Furniture
  • Large appliances or exercise machines
  • Chemicals, paints, or cleaners
  • Personal care products (shampoo, makeup, skincare, etc.)
  • Old, outdated, or obsolete electronics
  • Automotive parts
  • Recalled children's items
  • Construction materials
  • Weapons

We also cannot accept items in the following conditions:

  • Broken, damaged, or non-functioning
  • Stained, torn, or worn out
  • Missing pieces or parts
  • Dirty, soiled, or need repairs
  • Smelly or musty
  • Recalled or don't meet safety standards
  • Require significant cleaning or repair
  • Cracked or chipped dishes/glassware with safety issues

Can you pick up donations?

We're a small operation, so we can't offer pickup services at this time. Please drop off donations during our donation hours (Wed – Sun, 10am – 6:30pm)!

When can I drop off donations?

Wednesday through Sunday, 10am – 6:30pm. We're closed for donations on Monday & Tuesday so our team can catch up on sorting and processing.

The store itself is still open every day from 10am – 6:30pm for shopping — the pause only applies to accepting donations.

Can I get a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes! We're happy to provide a donation receipt for tax purposes. Just ask our team when you drop off your items.
