We happily accept a wide variety of gently-used items:
Items should be clean, in good working condition, and ready to sell. We cannot accept furniture, large appliances, chemicals, personal care products, obsolete electronics, automotive parts, weapons, or recalled children's items. See our Contact page for full donation guidelines.
100% of our net proceeds support local Lake Stevens charities including the community food bank, senior center, and Sherwood Community Services. Learn more about the charities we support.
We're open every day from 10am – 6:30pm for shopping and donations.
We accept donations during our regular store hours, every day from 10am – 6:30pm.
Please note: Occasionally we may need to pause donations for a day to catch up on sorting and processing. We'll always announce these dates on our social media ahead of time!
Yes! We're happy to provide a donation receipt for tax purposes. Just ask our team when you drop off your items.
We love volunteers! There are opportunities on the sales floor, in sorting and pricing, as cashiers, and more. We welcome both regular volunteers and those who can only help occasionally. Visit our How to Help page or contact us to express interest. We'll provide training and orientation for all volunteers.
Our mission is to keep prices low so everyone in our community can afford quality items. We plan to offer special promotions and discount days - details will be announced once we open. Our goal is to make thrift shopping accessible to all Lake Stevens residents.

For large donations or multiple items, please contact us to discuss pickup options. Please note we do not accept furniture. While we primarily accept drop-off donations, we may be able to arrange pickup for significant donations on a case-by-case basis depending on volunteer availability.
Lake Stevens Charitable Thrift is an independent, locally-run non-profit organization. We're not affiliated with any national thrift store chains. We're 100% focused on serving Lake Stevens and the immediate surrounding community.
